Frances Lewis is a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher and has been teaching Yoga since 2000.  She is dedicated to sharing the gifts of Yoga.

A journey through the Chakras is deep and wide and rich with tools and knowledge to help you live life as a truly integrated human being. This introduction to the Chakras is an excellent preparation day for the Chakra Course starting in April 2012. Also it is suitable for anyone wishing to deepen their understanding of Yoga.
